3.All international orders are shipped via EMS express mail mainly, and at present we do not use regular Air Mail for international orders.
4.All orders take 1-2 business days to process before being shipped.In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order.

6.The products usually will be shipped about 7-10 working days.Sometimes it may take longer to receive due to uncontrollable circumstance.
7.Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.It must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is the goal we are after. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have bought,you may return within 15 days from shipping date.But you must contact us before sending the items back.Also you can contact us to discuss the problem you are having.Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you need not to send anything back. We donot accept any returns unless we send you the wrong size/item or the production have distinct dilapidation/damage.In the case, you can send it back to us within 7 days for an exchange. Please email us at once as soon as your realize you receive the wrong size or item.Unfortunately,we cannot ship out the new items until we have received the items from you.For return,the items must be unworn and unwashed, brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with,without any tape or marks on the box.We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.A 15% restocking fee is added to returns.The restocking fee does not apply to defective items.Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees of the items send back china.Please donot send the items back without our permission,or we will not reship anything.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed when the products are defective or damaged upon receipt,not as per your order or not proper size.Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address.All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process.Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
